    International Shipping & Return Policy.

    All prices on our site are in US dollars. Paypal or bank will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
    Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

    The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Ultimate Direction has no control over these charges, nor can Ultimate Direction predict what they may be.



    To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
    Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

    Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.



    Winter Season
    We don't ship when it's below freezing, even with a heat pack.



    Condition
    All items are shipped bare-root or with pot but do not worry we using coco peat or bark instead soil. You are welcome to request otherwise, and it will cost more in shipping, depending on the plant.

    These are great plants with beautiful flowers, leaves and growth habits! These make great specimen plants. You are buying one. Some leaf damage / discoloration may occur, but it will grow out of it quickly.

    Colors change with varying light.

    All plants are nursery growth, we try best to keep all plants pest free, but with over million of plants it's nearly impossible. Thank you for understanding



    Phytosanitary.
    We issue phytosanitary will take 3 to 5 business extra days, before place order please check prohibited plants list each country quarantine office.



    Shipping method
    EMS(Post Office)/LOGISTIC(upon on request from buyer)
    Live Plant : Express by post office  5 to 7 business days
    Décor or other: Standard by post office 15 to 31 business days.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.



    Returns
    We hope you love what you purchased, but if something isn't right, let us know. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Joinflower Joinfolia.

    We ship living products, all sales are final. In the event a living product is rejected on delivery we will not credit back your account. There will be no refunds. If your package arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged packaging, your plants, and send to heather@joinfolia.com immediately. Your claim must be received within 5 days of receiving your package. We will reship or refund the damaged plant after receiving your claim. If the product we are replacing is out of stock, we will place a credit onto your account to order a substitute or we will refund your order for the product that is damaged.
    Any hardgoods that are not living must be returned within 10 business days with a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to send the product back to our warehouse. Once hard goods are returned and are resaleable, you will receive a refund.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

     
    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as trees, shrubs, perennials, or plants are not able to be returned.



    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at heather@joinfolia.com




    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at heather@joinfolia.com and send your item to: 304 Hwangsobawi-gil, Wollong-myeon, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea 10945.



    We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
