International Shipping & Return Policy. All prices on our site are in US dollars. Paypal or bank will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Ultimate Direction has no control over these charges, nor can Ultimate Direction predict what they may be. To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest: Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. Winter Season Condition These are great plants with beautiful flowers, leaves and growth habits! These make great specimen plants. You are buying one. Some leaf damage / discoloration may occur, but it will grow out of it quickly. All plants are nursery growth, we try best to keep all plants pest free, but with over million of plants it's nearly impossible. Thank you for understanding Phytosanitary. Shipping method You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Returns We ship living products, all sales are final. In the event a living product is rejected on delivery we will not credit back your account. There will be no refunds. If your package arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged packaging, your plants, and send to heather@joinfolia.com immediately. Your claim must be received within 5 days of receiving your package. We will reship or refund the damaged plant after receiving your claim. If the product we are replacing is out of stock, we will place a credit onto your account to order a substitute or we will refund your order for the product that is damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as trees, shrubs, perennials, or plants are not able to be returned.
